Our specialists

150 shShpitsberg I.L.
The head of the direction - Shpitsberg Igor Leonidovich. The author of the technique of correction of features in the development of sensory systems in children with autism and disorders of the autistic spectrum. This method allows to significantly restore the deficit of normal perception and significantly improve the interaction of an autistic child with the outside world. As a result, the children's anxiety is reduced in perception of the outside world, a significant increase in research activity, improved imitation, improved communication opportunities, a general normalization of the emotional state, an increase in the scope of arbitrary actions. As a consequence, the success of classes with defectologists, speech therapists and specialists using cognitive-oriented techniques is significantly increased.

150 shLeonova I.V.
Head of the direction "Speech Therapy: Development of Communication and Speech" - Leonova Irina Vladislavovna, Project Manager "Patsany", "Circus", "Theater". An indispensable condition for the existence of a child in society is communication and interaction. Therefore, the primary goal of the speech therapy and defectology work of the Center is the development of communication and interaction facilities in the child. The work uses both well-known techniques and author's developments. The program for each child is made individually. The direction covers a very wide age and level range of work with children, ranging from the smallest (verbal communication, the rudiments of speech) to adolescents with problems in coherent speech, specific errors and stereotypes of constructing phrases, dyslexia and dysgraphy, as well as narrowed notions of the world , unformed logical thinking.
150 shDeryabina К.А.
Head of the direction "Hippotherapy, Medical riding" - Deryabina Ksenia Alexandrovna. Horse riding is widely used throughout the world for the rehabilitation and treatment of a wide variety of diseases - from impaired posture, vertebral fractures to complex pathological states of the psyche (autism, schizophrenia). For 20 years of use in Russia, the method has undergone serious changes: many methodical developments have appeared both in the field of riding in specific diseases and in the technical equipment of occupations. In the riding department seven days a week, 8 horses and about 30 employees help more than 200 children. The duration of the lesson is 30 minutes. The lesson is conducted by a certified instructor of the horse riding who, with the participation of a neuropathologist, makes up an individual plan of the session and makes corrections to it. All horse riding instructors have the higher education / or an incomplete one / in one of the following areas: neurology, pediatrics, psychology, speech therapy, defectology, exercise therapy, etc.
150 shMalinova N.V.
Head of the direction "ABA-Therapy: An Applied Analysis of Behavior" - Malinova Natalia Valerianovna. The direction of applied behavior analysis - ABA seeks the relationship between behavior and the factors affecting it in the environment, so that, by changing these factors, change behavior. For ABA it is absolutely not important, as this or that behavior is called - "echolalia", "hallucinations", "a symptom of autism", or somehow else. The main thing is that the behavior exists - it can be measured (frequency, duration, latency), describe and determine what factors cause and intensify it. After that - try to change these factors to achieve the desired result. The behavioral correction exercises are aimed at forming in the child meaningful behavior patterns and / or creating positive schemes in place of negative ones. The structure of the session is built, the training is conducted with the schedule. The child learns to build a dialogue in a way that is accessible to him.
150 shSukhorukova O.V.
Head of the "Music Therapy" - Olga Vladimirovna Sukhorukova. It has long been known that music has a stimulating effect on the mood and emotions of a person. Music has a very strong influence on children with developmental features. For each child, lessons are made individually, taking into account his personal and age characteristics. In the classroom, a confidential contact is established - the children look at the teacher in the eyes, rejoice at the sounds of their favorite melodies, play together on musical instruments, dance with rhythmic music together with the teacher, which favors the development of attention, memory, a sense of rhythm, coordination and accuracy of movements, . It is noticed that the child, initially relating to everything new with disbelief and apprehension, after a while, relaxes, ceases to be afraid of loud sounds, and also begins to realize how to regulate their loudness when playing musical instruments.
150 shNikolaeva О.М.
Head of the direction "Productive Activity and Art Therapy" - Nikolaeva Olga Mikhailovna. Correction work in the workshops is built taking into account the capabilities and characteristics of each craft process to develop the children's functional skills needed in everyday life (development of fine motor skills, attention and interaction skills, the formation of the ability and skill of productive activities, etc.). During the year the Center employs workshops and studios: carpentry, ceramics, felting, weaving, medical painting, musical, plasticine, origami, macrame. In the workshop, children make figures of different animals, typewriters, pen holders, boxes for nails and screws, kitchen spatulas, doll furniture, etc. 12-13-year-old children are already ready for complex work, when the product is assembled from several parts. Also children learn the concepts of "big" and "small", "long" and "short", "wide" and "narrow", "sharp", etc.
150 shKorshunov D.N.
Head of the direction "Kinesiotherapy (LFK, AFK)" - Korshunov Dmitry Nikolaevich. A set of methods aimed at correcting the primary disturbed perception of the child through the development of the body-motor sphere. Classes are aimed at the development of deep bodily and superficial (tactile) sensitivities, the formation of motor skills, the construction of a "body diagram." Work with the body is the basis for the development of the emotional-affective, communicative and cognitive spheres of the child and for the development of self-control. Experience of new bodily sensations from movement develops emotionality and helps to develop voluntary activity. At joint sessions parents receive experience of corporal interaction with their children, and this has a positive impact on the child-parent relationship. The development of the game and motor repertoire allows the special child to interact with other children with minimal assistance from the parent.
150 shUshakov A.M.
Head of the direction "Game Interaction (Floor Time)" - Ushakov Alexander Mikhailovich. The main goal of the method is development of the affective sphere in the child, communication skills and game activity. The game is the child's leading activity. It is she who stimulates all spheres of his development and is the main motive for acquiring new experience and developing abilities. In the lesson, involving the child in joint gaming activities, the adult (the teacher and / or the parent) develops the skills of social interaction in the child: co-directed attention, emotional contact, observation of the emotions of others: joint activities. The direction is closely connected with the approach of DIR Floortime, many specialists besides psycho-pedagogical education have been trained in this technique within the ICDL. Floortime is widely used and successfully practiced abroad in our country. In addition, a comprehensive approach enables you to combine your own unique techniques and tools in the development of games and communication.
150 shShmideberg E.B.
Head of the "Development of cognitive functions" - Elena Borisovna Shmideberg. The method is aimed at changing the cognitive abilities of the child, his emotional-volitional sphere, improving individual personal qualities - responsibility, discipline, concentration, organization, development of his interests and inclinations, the formation of positive motivation for learning, speech activity. The following problems are solved in the class. Development of perception: visual, auditory, tactile, motor. Development of memory: visual, auditory (including auditory as the basis of the formation of the passive vocabulary) motor. Development of voluntary attention as the basis for the success of rehabilitation activities. Development of voluntary activity - the formation of motivation, the retention of the task, the evaluation of the result of activity. Development of mental operations - analysis, synthesis, comparison, classification, conclusions, etc.
150 shKarpenkova I.V..
Head of the direction "Using a computer for the development of children with disabilities and communicating with them as a means of written communication" - Inna Vyacheslavovna Karpenkova. The computer, thanks to its high ability to attract and retain attention, allows the child in an easy way to develop thinking, attention, memory and other important processes of mental activity. And, most importantly, thanks to the computer, children learn writing more easily as a means of non-verbal communication. For many non-conscientious children, the computer becomes an effective mediator between the child and other people. A computer should not "take a child to its world", but it can become a reliable assistant in the process of its development, and also serve as a saving bridge, leading ultimately to sound speech. The computer is used in the work of such mini-projects as "Publishing House" (edition of notebooks, albums, calendars, books of children's creativity).
